Hello Everyone!!
During our last day at Washington Days, we agreed that we would keep the 3 Committees {Agenda, Logistics, & Promotions} and we would have a "head" in each committee. The "head" would be responsible for delegating the tasks assigned to their committee, and would occasionally be on calls with Alex N., Shelly, Jen, Dorothy, and other committee"heads" so that all committees are on the same page, and planning can progress smoothly.
Having said this please post comments with the committee that you would like to be on by NEXT Wed. (3/19/08), or any questions you may have about each committees responsibility. At that point each committee can select a "Head."
Please be VERY honest with the amount of time you have available, so that you are not overwhelmed with NYLI, school, and whatever amazing things you may have going on in your lives!!!

As far as free time goes...
My robotics groups have finished their competitions, so things are less tight.
I don't have time on Mondays and Thursdays as I go to school and coach rec track.
I work the other weekdays, so those nights are generally free.
Sat/Sunday vary from a crawl to breakneck.
If you need phone calls or something done in the daytime, I'm one of the worst to ask.
But if the time that something is done at doesn't matter, I'm your guy.
I'd like to check out the logistics side of things. I have a very tight schedule but I make time when needed. Until this semester is over, I'll be either at work or school from 8a-9pCST (M-Th). Fridays I'm at work until 1p and then I usually head out to school to work in the studio until whenever I finish, but I don't HAVE to be there so I can always do stuff then. But that is only for this semester. It will change once summer gets here, but I am going to try my best to only work part time this summer (which would either be 8a-12p or 4p-8p CST M-F) with my Saturdays at my second job and Sundays are usually my free day. So, I guess you could say until the first of May, I have a hectic M-Th, but I get time during the day to go from one place to the other, so I can and will make time when things need to be completed. [I'm so sorry this is a bitlengthy.]
Hey-
Agenda again for me- and I think I'll be participating in an advisory role, lol. I am ready for others to talke the lead bt am happy and willing to lend input. Daytime and evenings are bad for me, calls are so tough, but emails work pretty good.
I just realized that I didn't put up the committee i chose so drum roll please::::::

I would like to be in logistics this time around I believe. I have a pretty busy next few weeks, I have a lot of school work to take care of and such. As for the summer, I am just working and I can take care of things while at work. Next semester, I only have class T,W,Th so I am pretty free then!
Hello everyone! I would like to be a part of the agenda team. I feel I can contribute a lot to this group. Im free to do anything like conference calls or anything everyday after 3:00.
